WYB defines our primary impact as being a catalyst to further the local, regional and national conversation that there are multiple pathways to success. We introduce underserved youth to STEM construction related hobbies, entrepreneurship opportunities, entrepreneurs, apprenticeships, activities and careers as a viable alternative to the only college paradigm.

In our early years, the curriculum was primarily based on the tape measurer. Since then we have developed more of a construction math curriculum that includes budgeting, basic project estimating, fractions, percentages, decimals and more.
