Registration is set at a first come-first served basis. Parents may receive a full refund for cancellations made at least one-week (7 days) before  any session start date. Cancellations made after this point are subject to cancellation fees found on the registration form. Parents are encouraged to purchase an optional fee protection enhancement at checkout, which ensures that in the event your child(s) are unable to attend, full payment will be refunded even if outside of the one-week prior cancellation bracket. Any processing fees charged by ACTIVE registrations are non-refundable unless the fee protection enhancement is purchased at checkout. Although highly unlikely, if a child is dismissed from the program due to recurring behavioral problems, a refund will not be issued.
